Quest Compliance Suite for Windows
Assess, Audit/Alert and Remediate Access to Critical Data
Whether you have an external regulation bearing down on you, or need to meet increasingly stringent internal information security standards, your worry is the same: managing access to information to ensure adequate internal controls. Understanding who has access to specific files and areas of the network, what they are doing with their access, and whether their access is appropriate for their job is critical to addressing an auditor’s requests. And because you can’t absorb any more costs than should normally support the daily operations of your IT group, you need to leverage the same solutions to address both the compliance and IT operational needs. Quite a challenge.
What if the objectives to comply with internal and external regulations and improve the efficiency of daily IT operations could be met with the same budget dollar?
Using its secure web portal, Compliance Suite for Windows gives organizations a consolidated view of their IT compliance status by assessing and baselining the environment, establishing an audit and alerting process of all events related to the security of information, and putting in place automated remediation when violations to established corporate data security procedures.

Quest Compliance Portal
Single, Secure Compliance and Operational View
Quest Compliance Portal provides a consolidated view of an organization’s IT compliance and framework status. The Portal provides scheduled and ad hoc reporting, enabling complete business views into IT both at a summary and granular level.
Single Pane of Glass: Whether you’re interested in aligning your IT operation with industry standard frameworks such as ITIL, or benchmarking your IT compliance objectives against requirements in Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, Basel II and others, all is available through a single web interface. The Portal integrates information from many different data sets to provide a single business view into your IT environment.
Correlated Reporting: All Compliance Portal reporting can be linked together to provide a complete data trail for the exact information a user is looking for, whether you’re reporting on group memberships in Quest Reporter, user activity in Quest InTrust, domains in Quest InTrust Plug-in for Active Directory, mailbox usage in Quest InTrust Plug-in for Exchange or MessageStats, or storage management in Quest Archive Manager. Existing links are embedded in many of the reports, allowing drill-down to the appropriate level of detail.
Customizable Reports, Views and Distribution: Reports can be easily customized by the end user to reflect the exact information they are looking for. Each view is based on the users’ needs and requirements. Each profile can offer a different set of reports and access. Subscriptions can be set up so that each user can receive an updated report via e-mail or a notification letting them know that a new report is available.
Secure Access: Users must authenticate into the Portal at the time of log on. Once logged in, the user can view the reports and associated data for which they have been assigned. Different profiles can be setup for management, IT personnel, auditors, etc., providing the end user the exact information they need in order to perform their job duties.
Easy Access: Because the Compliance Portal is web-based, authenticated users can access critical information from anywhere in the world. No applications need to be installed on desktops, meaning an easier deployment.
